So, where could I find a student who'd be willing to sell theirs?

Try the SG office in in the 3rd floor of the union. If that does not work try, and find a student that will give it up to you.

We're in Tennessee. It's tough being a LSU fan in VOL country!! My husband attended LSU and has been a fan for years. This was my first game and I'm hooked. And dying to get my hands on one of those shirts!!

I love the women, but I hate the Grove.

It's a bitch to get stuff in/out of, the people are one right on top of the othe, and the UM fas are very trite, and the traffic suituation is a clusterf#ck.

I put on a tailgate where we feed 40 or so people most weeks, and I was very disappointed with the hospitality of the people who were hosting our group - especially since I had been a killer host over the years when they came to LSU. But the Bushwood gang was out in full force with TigerPT sporting the ever popular "tiger tux jacket". AS for the overall quality of the "ladies" present, Uncle Wayne said it best - "dey got some unbelieveable looking broads out here today" - nuff said!

We were three rows from the field in the north endzone, around a bunch of classy smart UM fans. We saw a real prize UM fan get ejected and taken to task on the way in to the game, and were frisked upon entry. We got some great pictures from the game, and we hope to get the posted on the Bushwood site through the week.

LSU Bud and I stayed at the Hilltop hotel in Grenada which was like the Plaza as compared to the fleabag we stayed in in Oxford two years ago.(although it was no prize)

all in all, it was a good trip, but they really ought to do something about the traffic, and hotel room suituation....

You should have stayed in Memphis. They have a lot of great hotels and most of them have resonable rates.

    back from olemiss

I met up with some friends who went to olemiss and they said they said they had never seen traffic like that, and they had never seen the grove with that many people. everyone was nice to me as long as I didn't talk too much crap. I had a good time overall. LSU tailgates are definitelly better

One of my nephews, an LSU student, was there. He was with a group of LSU students wearing gold shirts that read: "Pick a Mascot... We'll Kick its Butt! Did any of you who attended see those shirts? He had a great time and said he thought that "rinky dink stadium" was going to come down!

Those are the shirts. I am from TN and at a loss about how to find one. Please, tell your nephew to pass the word among students. I would be willing to pay 20-30 bucks to get my hands on that tee.

This was my first LSU game. The passion of the fans was incredlble. We sat next to the student section on the 15 yard line. Thankfully, 6 guys from Baton Rouge were seated next to us. We raised hell the whole game. Can't wait till next year when I can attend a game at a real stadium - Death Valley. The tailgating must be incredible. I'll be a fan for life!!
