don't get too excited just yet. i'm trying to figure out an affordable way to ship them. not sounding too promising just yet.
I would check with southwest freight. That is how I usually get them here. I had some flown in a while back (couple years ago) and it was pretty affordable. Stick em in an ice chest, tape it up and drop the suckers off at the airport. I would be that it would be less than a C-note. edit; I have a connection here in OKC and I will check with him and see if we could "Divert" a shipment to san diego and what that would cost. I have to call him anyway because I'm boiling around 4 sacks in 6 weeks.
only for brief periods of time in a particular area of my back yard when it rains. maybe i need to think about building one. instead of putting in a drain, make that sucker deeper!
For what it's worth, I got 90lbs live, including crab boil, etc., flown up here to NY for less than $400 last year. Not sure how much that's changed for this year, but if you want the info, let me know.
$2.99 at the Fiesta in Dallas two weeks ago. Found a lot of dead ones though $2.79 at Heads and tails in Baton Rouge last weekend. On the small side.
