MSU forcing the purple unis?

I just checked a MSU Forum and they have a whole thread about wearing their white uniforms for the game. I think they are gonna try to pull off the ole' white out.

I know you'll are gonna kill me for this but I think the purple jersey would look better with the white helmet and white pants. I know it's not traditional but I think it would look good.

If we gonna wear the purple jersey more, we need to change it to the one's without the big holes. That would make it look a ton better by itself.

obviously lsu likes to wear white at home... we wear purple maybe twice a season in tiger stadium usually vs. cupcakes like the first ooc home game(although this year we open up with a quality ooc home game, vt). so lsu always wears white vs. sec teams in ts.

like most other div 1a teams, lsu wears white jerseys on the road..

so over the past 10 plus years very few of the games in which lsu actually wears purple jerseys are televised.

 

Well, I didn't fall off the turnip truck yesterday. LSU had the right to deny this for MSU and wear white on the road. But then in the future you're gonna have problems whenever St visits Baton Rouge. Gotta give-n-take.

As fans we occasionally enjoy a minor mix-up with the uniforms. I think it's really silly of us to have this coniption just because another team wants to do the same. Let's enjoy our white shirts at home and let others have their fun too.

Why would we think MSU is tryin to mess with LSU? Our tradition is white at home. We have no color tradition specifically for road games or television, we shouldn't make this out to be more than it is.
