If I just sat still and didn't paddle I would probably float about a half mile an hour. At least that is what I was registering on the GPS last time when I took beer breaks.
So we'll factor in a 2.0 mph exaggeration speed for a total real world current flowing speed of 2.5 MPH, all guys exaggerate when it comes to physical/sexual achievements. Which would leave it up to you to paddle 4.5 MPH for 6 sustained hours......I guess it's possible.
