By the same token, I've known plenty of Marines that were douches. It's like when a police officer is caught on tape doing some bad shyt and everyone lumps them all together. Luckily many of the things Marines do in their jobs aren't videoed. Sgt. Joseph L. Thomas was court-martialed for bludgeoning his wife to death, strapping her body in a vehicle and pushing it off a cliff . Then there was Marine Lt. Colonel Otis Griffin for indecent assault on teenage boy. Another was Staff Sgt. Frank Wuterich, for example. One of two Marines Court martialed for on reduced charges in the killings of 24 Iraqi men, women and children in the town of Haditha in 2005. And lest we not forget Josh Fry for child porn. The military services get a pass most of the time and it's tabu to criticize them I don't mind grabbing the elephant in the room and I have three uncles who are retired military. Two navy and one air force so it's not lack of respect or appreciation from which I do so.
I'm not saying it's taboo to criticize the military or military personnel not in the least. It really pi$$es me off when a hand full of azzhole LSU fans do stupid things and we all take the black eye. Same logic applies here, the fact that the guy is a douche and a marine are totally independent from each other. It's stupid to keep linking the two no matter how upset anyone is over the situation.

Heard about that too (didn't hear it myself). I've met Marines of practically every rank, up to and including a 2-star general. No way does a man who put in the time and dedication it takes to be a full bird colonel of Marines would pull a sophomoric stunt like that phone call.
:LSU231:jarrett lee will redeem us!! he really throws a great ball and spencer ware and this rb crew will break open a close game in the second half! all is not ruined as this team is LOADED! im not as mad as i was earlier but this lowerry guy and his friends have done so much damage with this incident its shocking!! this guy is a no good! you know the kind! he is a woman hater, he gets kicked out of bars, hes violent(going by the police complaint here). hes one of these losers who have loser friends(birds of a feather)and really isnt going anywhere in life with his behavior! but the way he was able to bait jefferson, aand get other lsu fb players involved, aaaand cause all of this including the police reacting the way they have is incredible! was this a setup? it wouldnt suprise me! lets keep an eye on this kids financial records to make sure no money has come to him from eugene or!!!
