There was a Rumor caused by idle talk on websites that the players were being brought in to be charged with assault. The police office had to correct this rumor. I'm not in denial, but I refuse to label JJ a bad person, bad team mate, bad leader, or "dumb as a box of rocks" (your quote) based on what we now know about the fight. No you are wrong. The police want to question the players to find out what happened at a crime scene. ‘Implicated’ implies guilt which has not been established except in some people’s minds. We are in total agreement here. Since you seen to know, if you would be kind enough to bullet point the step by step events that led to the players being at that place where the confrontation took place and what each participant on each side of the issue did during the issue I would be grateful. Then I can decide, not speculate. Right now I don’t know if they did something stupid, or were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. You should try it, it inhibits hyperventilating
ESPN just flashed that the meeting with police has been postponed indefinitely. I hope that is good news. My concern is how does Jordan handle this mentally? He has not been a fan favorite and has not shown much poise with calls he did not like or poor throws. I hope, for his sake, the truth is positive for him and he can handle the added pressure that he has now put on himself.
how is it not good? if you were in a fight and had all sorts of accusations floating around about you, and the police wanted to question you, would you not get a lawyer? seems the prudent thing to do.
To me, it just seems like they may "need" the defense attorney. I hope for their sake they do not and or just protecting themselves. We shall see.

well, considering the other side lawyered up within 24 hours (from all reports) and the fb players just got one this morning, i'd say they were a bit behind. i think they need to protect themselves given the witch hunt im seeing in some quarters.
I agree with that another fact is that the idea of JJ being part of the group of 50 is why you got a group of 50 hey man lets jump tonight with JJ and have some fun the wrong type of team leadership
