I was going to suggest claiborne, mainly because nobody (except MSU) really tests him and Mathieu gets all the big plays. I know he gets respect, just not as much recognition as he should. eric
Frankly, TM7, Claiborne & Sam Montgomery are the only players on our team receiving any where close the attention/respect they deserve. I say Brandon Taylor on defense, and Reuben Randle on offense.
I was going to mention this about Claiborne. We haven't heard his name much outside of the kickoff return against WVU and the wicked pick he made against MSU. Seems like teams are just avoiding him altogether, which is very telling and probably a good idea. It's also awesome because it means they HAVE to throw it to HB7, Taylor, or Simon. . .no rest for the weary.
I think Odell Beckham. He's had a better freshman season than a lot of LSU former greats. Bowe, Lafell, Doucet & Davis.
Truthfully, outside of WVU, we haven't played a team that has really tested either of our corners. But when those lesser teams have tried, it has been bad for them.
