Gosh, I have a long way to go to make that illustrious list. But how can I? I mean, as lovely as this board is, I have a real life out there in the real world that I must attend to. How could I ever become what I have longed to be, king of the Internet dweebs, without sacrificing that life? Decisions, decisions.
Yeah, right Jetstorm. Do you think that all of us with a lot of posts are independently wealthy and have all the time in the world to spend on Tigerforums. I am on here a lot because I work at home and I have to be in front of a computer anyway so I might as well make it enjoyable.
That's my story. I work at home and 'm always on my computer and I don't have a boss looking over my shoulder. If I get a little break, it's grab a cup of coffee and check out TigerForums. What I'm looking for now is being able to get online while in flight. Man that will make those 4 hour flights much more bearable.
Give it a couple of more years and most airlines will catch up in providing reliable internet service. I fly continental and they are getting their bigger jets equipped with Internet eventually using your laptop. I work from home too. So I like to keep up with the tiger forums for all my LSU news.
How would that work? Wouldn't the plane have to stay over a continuous network of Wi Fi antennas and even if they were there they would have to be really powerful to be picked up at 30,000 feet up.
