Like I say, I didn't blame him for leaving LSU, but he did a bad job at Miami, and then lied his way out like a snake. If you don't think so, look at the Miami reaction to his leaving, players, asst. coaches, press, fans. Then he goes to an SEC west rival. Well, we gotta be interested in that one, no way not to. I started a thread on him last week about a kid leaving Bama, and his dad saying saban didn't treat the kid with dignity. I think its news worthy.
I agree with this. I was a huge fan of Saban back in the day but I am completely disinterested in any moves or statements coming out of Alabama. :dis:
I most definitely can. I was pissed when he came back to the SEC and I absolutely hope that we crush Bama this year. But I am just not interested in anything to do with Saban until Oct 21.
Alabama in a sink hole, a very desperate State of mind!, thus the salary! That being said, they should do well, even as well as the best seasons of D. Franchioni and Mr. M. Shula. Even though Mr. Saban is from W. Virginia, don't you think he would make a wonderful carpetbagger!

Here's a question to those Bama fans who visit this thread: Was (or is there still) the same level of animosity towards Coach Fran among Bama fans as what you see here w/ LSU fans over Saban? I know that lying sack of ****e is no fan favorite of the Crimson and White, but it seems from my vantage that most have moved on even before CNS was hired after last season...and, as we all know, it's nearly impossible for a Bama fan to "move on" from anything *cough*Bear Bryant*cough*. If houndstooth hat-obsessed Bama fans can move on from Coach Fran...
Fran never won a MNC with BAMA. And if it will make you feel better, I only saw one thread on Spurrier at the Florida board yesterday. So in 5 years it may get a little better.
