   Thanks for the consideration, but, if you hate the Hotty Toddy, just stand up and give a strong TIGER BAIT. I know some people, who hate the TIGER BAITING. I LOVE IT. As long as it leaves a little room for respect, as in not right in my face and angry. It is "supposed" to be in fun, right? My personal dislike would have to be the cow bells and rocky crap.:thumb: :LSU231:
That falls in line with the "chomp" as in it is a cheer that isn't to support your team, but to taunt the other. I don't like it. BUT, it's worth pointing out that I don't like the Ramma Jamma cheer at Bama as well. (I did link the one against UT this year on a Bama forum because it was so loud...I'd still rather it go away.) Hell, I don't care for the fans that boo other teams as they enter the stadiums...I was brought up to respect sportsmanship. WHICH, is why I don't get into smack on sports forums and ignore those that it's the only thing they do.
first of all, just for the record, it is The Eyes of Texas are Upon You...... this list is not valid without a mention of the Texas Aggie war hyme...aka to jealous of UT song. also throw in their Whooping and Gigging
One thing to add to this... You guys may have seen this talked about this year in regard to Weiss at ND...seeing last nights game where both teams stood in front of each others bands after the game while the band played the school's alma mater was a nice display of respect.
I agree, that was nice to see. After the games, it seems like a lot of times, the teams and coaches show more respect and sportsmanship than the fans, and I hate to say it, but a lot of internet forums might be making it worse. I love internet forums, don't get me wrong, great for learning about your's and rivals teams, and debating and sharing info. but the smack can lead to harder feelings than there was before.
