1. Wow, this thread got way off track quickly.
  2. I understand the NFL's theory, because this is a slippery slope. Just look at what happened in college football. They let Tulane play in D-I athletics, and next thing you know, the Ragin Coonasses of Southwest Community College of Lafayette and Grill are playing in D-1. It's just a slippery slope.

I didn't know about that 55" limit. Now I'm really relieved I got the 50" and not the 61" that I was eyeing.
  3. GOOOOOOOOOO SAINTS!!!!!!!!!!
  4. Someone must inform. The article mentioned something about copyright law. Are they not showing the game at the time the game is scheduled to come on TV? Also, I had no clue the size of the television mattered.

    Signed,

Confused at home while reading article
  5. Remember kids, its not the size of the TV, it's the amount of horizontal lines that you can see.
  6. I read in that article that the NFL says its illegal to have a gatherings to watch a game on 1 TV of greater than 55in. Man I have a 57in and I'm having about 11 adults and 9 kids over to watch the game. I better call my lawyer!!!
  7. Either that, or just don't advertise it.
  8. Yeah just don't talk about it on any message board and you'll be fine.
