Pretty amazing job by Mr Madden of the Rays. Lose Percival (three different stints), Longoria and Crawford out for the season basically, they keep chugging along. He has to win manager of the year. No-brainer. Just call me the nut-rider.
theres plenty of room left on the bandwagon. I hopped on sometime last year or the year before. even though they sucked. so i guess thats not really jumping on the bandwagon although every analyst predicted them to win the WS at the break this year in case you havent heard. and it looks like the yanks are on a life support about to be unplugged. always a good thing. hooray beer-ian cashman.
...sigh I've waited far too long to do this, but I'm ready to call the Cards season over and move on to high expectations for next year. We could never crack that barrier w/ the Brew Crew and steadily slid to 4 or 5 games back. It would take a huge push that I just dont see happening (despite the unreal season of Ludwick and insane good last 10 days for pooholes). Just please God don't let the Cubs win the WS. I will now join the Tampa bandwagon for the remainder of the year. That is all.
