Bama will be overlooking State, focusing on LSU instead - and it will cost them. They will get fat on a big win over Utah St. this weekend, then travel to Starkville for what looks like a JP 11:30am game... morning games in the SEC are often good omens for the underdogs.

Remember how closely MSU played UGA, and how they hung with LSU and Florida for a while. Bama-MSU will be low scoring, Bama will be flat, and I predict State will cash in on a few turnovers.

Going out on a limb a little, but with Bama's offense struggling in the last two games against Ole Miss and UT, and a good chance that they will overlook State, I'm going MSU 17 Bama 14.

I tried to warn those Bama fans.. maybe they're more inclined to listen now that they've watched a penalty-riddled first half and find themselves up only 3-0.
