Anybody that says AJ is a better QB than Harris needs to have their head examined. Harris All around better player! Needs to get the snaps and be groomed!
Exactly how I feel. I can accept a loss but I at least want some improvement. I want the team to show up. Not come out this damn flat.
I suppose I'm more shocked at this performance because I haven't seen LSU get our asses handed to us so squarely since Saban lost to Alabama and Auburn by 31 points in each of those games in '02. In the Miles era, the ass whippings have been few and far between, and I have enjoyed football seasons year after year. It's disappointing to hear so many people speak so poorly or our coaches and our players. They are the ones that put their hearts on the line week in and week out for our entertainment.
It will be another Sat. Night in Death Valley and we will be back. We are LSU and take our lumps like men . They have to play us again next year
I challenge you to find an LSU forum that's not this negative. Expectations have changed a lot since 2003. Not that I agree, necessarily, but that's the long & short.
The only player I will speak ill of is Welter. This game showed me that whatever Chief is smoking is good shit. Welter has no business being our backup MLB. We weren't lined up, and he kept bouncing off and falling down.
I want to give a HUGE fucking shoutout to our defense who is STILL giving 100% even though they are tired as fuck and the game is "over".
