I thought it favored MSU a lot to be honest. Ali Gaye was held all game in my opinion.

Man, if there was ever some good that came out of that game, it was Ali Gaye. That dude is a fuggin stud and his presence on the field was that of a giant.

Totally agree with both you and Tzanghi. The Miss State R tackle was holding on for dear life on almost every play an not a single flag.

Flott is the issue. He looked ok last year because Stingley and Fulton had 1&2. With him having to step up its clear he isn't ready.

Ricks will be fine. Took a bad angle on that TD pass but im sure that will be corrected.

True, but the Oline figured out how to stop him by just holding. They missed no less than 3 holding calls on him and that’s how you stall a drive. Call a couple of those, and the pick interference where they hit Hampton and that’s probably 10-14 points off the board. Not saying the loss isn’t our fault but they got away with way too much.

How about the pass interference call against Neil Farrell early in the 4th qtr.? I don’t think he dropped into coverage. He was right on the line of scrimmage. How bizarre is that?

That call was atrocious. The RB ran into him like a dumbass and they got the call. They still score there regardless, but another very bad call. And no call on the pinned arm against Marshall on his TD.

Brennan actually had another TD if his arm doesn’t get hit. He recognized the route was open just didn’t get it there and it turned into a pick. I think he grows into the role but his D will have to help him. And for god’s sake someone fix his clock 1 2 3 & chunk it. It’s obvious he can’t run like joe and keep it alive, so find the open guy, check it down or throw it away but you only have 2-3 count.

Agreed. MSU got away with a lot of holding.
