Amen on the comment on the LSU logo. I don't like the hurricane in the background on the one we have now. I like that logo in the pic above much more.
I think it's worth that much. It involves an incredible amount of labor. Each one has to be hand painted, and don't you see the detail on each? I can't afford something like that, but if I had the money to spend on things like that, I would get it. I have friends who paint little figurines, and I've seen how long it takes to get it to look good, and they don't even have as much detail as these do.
i think it is pretty cool myself. If/when I have the money laying around I might consider the purchase. For those of you with an LSU room/office (texas tigers), this would look good in there. My one wish would be a Mike mascot replica if possible to march with them like he does for pregame at Tiger Stadium.
