I'm guessing RP is gone. With all that he has been through and to have the biggest game to date right in front of him and he puts himself in this position. He might be good on the football field but he's constantly turning the ball over in the game of life. I'm hoping CLM can use this as a positive to pull the team closer together for this weekends game. Getting rid distractions can be a good thing for the team if handled well. I have full confidence in CLM and whatever decisions he makes.

Swerved It appears my hypocrisy knows no bounds.

Basically, anyplace that serves alcohol as it's main source of revenue (aka bars) have to close by 2am and doors locked people out by 2:30.. at least when I was playing music, that's what the bar owners always told us (we usually needed to know whether to try to load out our equipment the same night or not)...

Places that stay open 24 hours that serve have to have the liquor packed away and in a locked cabinet and the beer coolers (if any) have to be locked after 2am... it's been a few years since I was "in the know" but that's how it was at the time.

I hate it when talent is on the verge of being wasted.. for stupid reasons.

The team needs to sit him down.. not the coaches. The players themselves. It goes a deal further than anything a coach could ever say.

If this incident wasn't all that serious.. I'd say it's his last chance. If he breathes the wrong way i'd give him the boot.

Re: My Take on the Perrilloux/Odom deal

    guilty by association.

if you hang out with trouble (Odom) long enough, then you'll get mixed into it eventually.

if you hang out with someone who has the flu for long enough, you'll eventually catch it and it will become your problem, too.

and now odom's problems are becoming Perrilloux's too.

this may have been brought up already but are RP and Odom of legal drinking age? Will that put the Varsity in any type of a squeeze?

I don't remember them saying anything about drinking. You only have to be 18 to get into the Varsity.

We compare Miles and Saban in a lot of ways, but I sure think that even if Miles will be headed to Michigan, I certainly trust his ethics to do what he honestly thinks is best for LSU way more than I ever trusted Saban.
