If this is true, and it's a big if until I hear it from a reliable source other than Tiger Forums, then it is horrible. There is no need for that. If nothing else the guy seems like an extremely nice, likeable man of high character, and as others have mentioned, he has a family. You just don't do that to anyone, no matter who they are, but especially a good guy. It's understandable to be upset over the loss. It's even understandable to question his ability to lead a top Div 1 program. But doing something hurtful and insulting to him and his family on a personal level is just plain wrong. It may be that he was the wrong person for the job, and as the season plays out, I think we'll all know for sure, with no doubt. However, even if that's the case, he still deserves respect.
