Uhhhh.... I kinda want my head coach to be a "sunshine pumper". Think of the implications of him being a "nega-tiger" like most of the people crawling out of the woodwork. If he makes a statement like the 7-6 comment above, the BOS fires him tomorrow and the stellar recruiting class for 2011 gets together and announces they are going to Bama as a group. OK, that is a bit over the top, but you get my meaning. The people in charge of LSU and the recruits (and I submit the fans as well) don't want a coach that bashes their own program. Have you EVER heard a head coach make a statement like the 7-6 one you quoted above when they went 9-4 and were a few cramps, a broken collarbone, and an unbiased replay official away from an SECC? You can be upset with a coaching staff without these kinds of attacks on EVERY freaking thing he says.
Miles has been saying all the right things. Just hopefully we see the right things being done. Its a pivitol year for LSU to stay as elite team. The team must show some improvements considering we dont have gimme out of conference games like usual. The talent is there, it needs a lil molding but there is a ton to work with.
