Yeah, I guess VT and USC towards the "beginning" of the season aren't "key contests" either next year. I guess if we lose those two next year it won't matter as long as we win all games in Nov. I hope Miles' really doesn't believe this theory. And I don't buy it that he's using this theory to motivate the team. They shouldn't need to be motivated this late in the year, especially since we end up the year with 2 ranked opponents and the other 2 being big rivalries. I just don't think Miles is an SEC calibur coach, I hope im wrong though. Time will tell, but he won't have much time left if he continues with his "key contests" theory.

I would think the measure of an SEC coach is his record. If Miles record is not good enough, then there is not a coach in the SEC good enough over the last two years.
