blah blah blah blah blah. Our injuries and our defense, and oh yeah some problems with our offense. Who do you blame. Is there any reason at all you can dream up that a national championship hopeful #1 team in the country should lose to an unranked team at the end of the season----this should be interesting. Miles and Pellini got exposed for what they are-------idiots
ouch! #1: "forgot how to play with their hearts"? i don't think so. whatever was the cause of that loss, it was not that our Tigers didn't play with their hearts. that bunch of guys has worked their tails off this season to give us 10-2. how could you even think that they would give up for the last home game with so much riding on it? maybe they were looking ahead to the SECCG, but please don't accuse them of not giving it their heart and soul. they deserve more respect and support than that. #2: what would have won the game was two 7's instead of 3's in the first quarter and #9 lining up correctly so the long hester TD counts. different game if those things happen.
Then is Jim Tressell an idiot at tOSU? They were #1 when they lost to unranked Illinois, ya know. They should FIRE HIM!:rolleye33: And Petey shoulda been fired for losing to UCLA last year...as well as Stanford this year...no?
I can't believe a head coach with 32-6 record is called idiot! Give me more of that kind of head coach please. I will trade you with a "genius" like Charlie Weis everyday. As good as Steve Spurrier was at Florida and as much as talents he had over the years there, How many national title did Steve Spurrier won? Was he an "idiot" before 1996? Everyone, take the loss as a man and lick the wound. This is not a time to blame our head coach who has done a superb job at LSU. I expect CLM to have the team focused and win the SEC champions.
In the current system, I think it is whoever with easiest schedule has the chance to get to the national championship game. I think it is very likely that the national championship game this year will be between WV and tOSU, the two from the weakest conferences. It's so unfair to the best conference SEC.
Neither of these have a CCG...which...from what I'm hearing, may change one day soon. However, sometimes, the CCG can HELP you make it in...like 2003, when we jumped USC.
