Last January, I wanted everyone to give Miles a chance. After ASU, and the poor performance by the D, I said give Pellini a change, he had two weeks, knew they underperformed, give the men a chance.

We have a little more info now. We gave them another chance. They let us down. Miles looks befuddled on the sideline. The D looked sharp the first half, aggressive corner blitzes rattling Ainge. We got to him and rattled him. Then the second half, back to the failed ASU BS defense. It sucked, and I'm sick! And I'm normally pretty calm.

The offense the second half sucked. Unimaginative runs, all short passes, Russell got rattled, Tenn. after him. Highlight of the game was JOE ADDAI, heart of a champion beats in that man! I don't think Jimbo called a very good game.

Clock management at the end of each half sucked. Should have gotten a field goal in the first half. Dumb play to run the ball without a timeout, then could have spiked the ball, but no, send out the kicking team and fail to get it off before time expired. A confused team, and all the coaches fault, and JR. JR mistake is on him, and the coaches for not coaching him better. He did it last season, COACH HIM ON IT, DAMMIT!

Lot of this is ON THE COACHES.

Could the players have executed better. Sure. Well coached kids usually do execute better.

if the players had any idea what to do they might execute a little better. Lets see... same players as last year (one of top defenses in country), now last in almost every category

Yep Tirk is right. We have the players.

ya'll are arguing about who screwed up the worst, the players of the coaches?

Well they both stunk. BUT ultimately, the buck stops at the coaches door.
You cant do squat with out a head guy on the side lines,

Same is true on the field, without a QB to lead, your history.

We have neither, but the coach has to step up and make some decisions. if his decision is the players stink, then fine... do something about it... show us the cure... one thing for sure we'll know in three games who is the culprit.

some of ya'll just don't get it, esp. you clair. Its not the fact that we lost. Shiit at half time we were leading 21-0 and we still looked like crap. Im one of the biggest homers there are on here and im not happy about the direction of the program. I thought maybe we learned our lesson after ASU but apparently not.

Even if we would have one last night I still would have thought that our coaches were in over there heads. Personally think we go 7-4 maybe 6-5.

dude, you must be kidding if you think that anyone would forget Spears, Webster or Daniels. The point is that all these players have experience and have been successful. The defensive line (yes...except Spears) and linebackers are relatively unchanged, but we get no pressure, unless a CB blitzes. Our defense was looking around at each other several times as the ball was snapped, this never happened with Saban. Get a clue! Our defense sucks and 6-5 is likely.

all this 6-5 talk is INSANE.

LSU will have a 2-3 loss season at worst yet the real issue is whether our coaches adapt along the way to compete with the big boys. right now 6-5 and 9-2 is the same to me if the above stays the same.
