No we want a guy that’s an improvement over Chavis if possible, not a step back. Oklahoma recuits tons of talent, not much different from LSU, but Stoops hasn't done much with it lately. Their D wasn't good this year.
The last time OU broke top 10 recruiting was in 2010 with a #4 class. Most classes average at 14-15 for them.
