It's bad enough that he did it, now he's trying to sue Sports Illustrated to make up for his own mistakes, whether reported accurately or not. I hope he loses and gets slammed with a bunch of lawyer fees.
In America anybody can sue anybody else for anything if he can find a lawyer willing to take the case. A couple of years ago some guy sued the Washington state dairy industy because he claimed that the TV ads for milk caused him to become addicted to milk. Just say moo to milk If you can't say no then milk it for all its worth. Whats next? Somebody suing because he is "hooked on phonics"
I plan to sue the National Dairy Board if my wife gets osteoporosis (sp?). She drinks about two gallons a week.
