Mike Price files $20 Million Lawsuit against Alabama

I'm not sure, even if I was Alabama, I would settle out of court. Bama really didn't "fire" Price. They just decided not to go through with his contract THAT HADN"T BEEN SIGNED. There is no way he will get a penny from this.

 

I agree. It's Bama's good fortune and Price's bad luck that the contract remained unsigned. If anything, there may be a defamation cause of action but I don't know the facts there.

 

Maybe a defamation. But, it was Price's own 100% action that led to his dismissal. So I am not sure if even defamation of character would make it in a court...
