What evidence do you have, show it please, that Janice Rogers Brown who was overwhelmingly elected by the liberal state California, is a radical conservative? Brought up the daughter of a sharecropper from Alabama she has done nothing but follow the law and rise up from poverty with hardwork. Try looking through her real record than from the Moveon website. You know nothing about her than what you have heard on the nightly news.
"buttkissing sycophant" is a touch redundant. For example: The Clinton White House was filled with more than the typical sycophants, but rather, an assortment of power fiends with absolutely no moral boundries.
I know more than you imagine, bub. I know that Brown has often been the lone justice to dissent on the California Supreme Court, showing that her judicial philosophy is outside the mainstream. I know her opinions are based on ideology that ignores judicial precedent, including that set by the U.S. Supreme Court. But it doesn't really matter what I think about her. The point that I stated above (which you missed) is that Janice Brown is number one on the Democrat's unacceptable judges list. They have made that very clear.
You said she is a radical conservative of which you have no proof. That is the lamest reasoning behind her being a radical conservative. She is outside the miantream because she was the lone dissenter on many cases? So what? What if you were the lone democracy judge on a panel of Nazi's? You would vote for the mainstream just so you wouldn't be the lone dissenter? You need to go read about the woman before you call her radical anything since you know nothing about her or any of these radical judges.

I must admit that learning she is the sole dissenter on the Fruits and Nuts Supreme Court elevates my opinion of her greatly.
