Re: IF MILES LEAVES HOW ABOUT THIS SCENARIOS FOR THE NEXT COACH

MA is a FIRST year Coordinator. To coach a top 5 program in the nation? Get out of here with that noise.

    Re: Patrino to Michigan?

PEtrino interviewed for the LSU job and CSB wanted nothing to do with him. It was a smart move.

I have been thinking the exact same thing, BUT he is not ready yet. Maybe 5 to 10 years down the road. Or one or two LSU head coaches from now.

Why can't we keep a quality coach here. I would love to see someone come in and know that we don't have to continuously talk about who's next.

I hope coach Miles doesn't leave!!

dude the guy was coaching at rice who would not have taken the bama job over rice get real......i know this would never happen just something i was thinking i would rather have a butch davis, norm chow, maybe even jason garrett with the cowboys......butch would be my 1st choice if miles leaves which i frankly dont care if he does....

I look at Sexton about the way I look at Finebaum. He's lambasted everywhere but no one gives the guy his due. He's damn good at his job.

I've yet to see (though I don't surf many SEC forums) anyone hoping Miles leaves because they are tired of fighting him or his recruiting. Curious, where are you seeing that?

    Re: Patrino to Michigan?

I've repeatedly heard about "shady" Petrino, or the blights, or blah blah blah. Even heard it when LSU was looking A.S., but the Atlanta Falcons didn't have a problem with "Shady" Petrino.

I love Miles now, because he's our coach, but i was rooting for Petrino way back when. No more subjective, vague, slanders, please...I want specific, OBJECTIVE examples on how Petrino has tarnsihed his character. :tigereye:
