    Re: Patrino to Michigan?

Is there anything more aggravating than a misspelling in the thread title?

I detest Lloyd Carr @ this moment for the timing of his stupid announcement. The best outcome would be that Michigan already knows who they are hiring--and that it's not Les Miles.

    Re: CFN Article on Les

It's possible we'd be undefeated with Spurrier at the helm but we'll never really know. With Saban, we'd have 2 maybe 3 losses by now. I just don't get the why the press is so down on Miles. The man wins 10 games every year. Any other coach will his record would be considered a great one.

This is an interesting moment for CLM-haters at the other SEC schools.

On one hand, they need to believe that Miles is an idiot who has made horrible gametime decisions and just been unbelievably LUCKY to have survived (ala 4th downs, the Byrd pass vs. Auburn, etc).

On the other hand, they hope and pray that he is offered and takes the Michigan job, which would mean by default that he is an elite coach. They're tired of fighting him and LSU in recruiting. They're also tired of losing to him.

IF MILES LEAVES HOW ABOUT THIS SCENARIOS FOR THE NEXT COACH

Hi fellow tigers how about this one as a long shot for our next coach of miles leaves. ARE YOU READY FOR THIS???????? MAJOR APPLEWHITE a baton rouge native and a guy i think is going to be a great head coach someday i think he would identify very well with todays recruits. But i know in everyones frame of mind he is just to young and has'nt been coaching long enough, but we would have a guy that would be great for recruiting and would never leave.

Patrino would be my dark horse for LSU if Miles leaves. Patrino is kinda in that Saban mode from last year but much worse with all the bad PR around Michael Vick.

I was a MA fan when I lived in Texas. When he took the UA job he revealed his true colors to be Crimson. Don't need or want him around LSU with his eye on UA.

If that is the most aggravating thing you have to put up with then you are living a charmed life my friend.
