If they don't know, then they've never seen a dancer. Patrick Swayze my ass.
The "Bath in Clorox" company will probably buy his tomb stone. All plastic surgeons weep. I hope he is in Heaven just as I would for anyone else. But if God gives him a black robe, he will probably go ape. (no pun intended)
hard to shed a tear for a child molester, but you have to admit thriller is near the top when it comes to pop music. And almost any song by little mike and the jackson 5 makes me smile. better times I know what we have to add to the Team KATT playlist...
Michael Jackson has been a ghoulish freak for quite a few years now but from 1970 to about 1990 he was pretty damn innovative especially with dance moves and MTV video's. Thriller, Billie Jean, Beat it (with the wicked Eddie Van Halen lead riff) and all the Jackson 5 stuff is really good. However, its hard not to think about him as an over the top weirdo because thats what dominates recent memory. It leaves a bad taste in a lot of peoples mouths despite his previous greatness.
Oh but there is, if you have a problem with Will and Grace, there is nothing wrong with you, there is something wrong with Will Great thing about America, .... but not even close I think the only instrument he played belonged to young boys. Now THAT would be entertainment, may even change my opinion Pretty much, (I loved the "Shamone" that was funny") Absolutely, I bet they could kill her again next week and not many would even know.
Michael Jackson was the Elvis of my generation. Sure, he's been a massive weirdo since the early 90's, but he had his time as the coolest performer on Earth. I must've worn out my Thriller album (yes, the album, on vinyl) when it came out during my 7th grade year. All of the dances we were taught at cheerleading camp in high school were inspired by Michael Jackson moves. Rest in peace, Michael. Love him or hate him, he was a superstar--and in many ways, that probably was his downfall.
Okay, that was pretty funny. I'm not sure if it was more because of Norm or because of Conan's reaction.
Yes, yes, and yes. He was as talented as he was weird. Also, having read some of the stuff I have about his childhood over the years...all I can say is the dude was profoundly affected by his childhood, which was abnormal, to say the least. I'm not excusing any behavior as an adult, just saying that I wouldn't wish his life on my worst enemy. He was a sad man. He was talented, destructive, weird, immature, manipulative and spoiled...but he was never really happy for all of his talent and fame and fortune.
Hmmm. I find that hard to imagine. Astaires influence on Jackson is immense and obvious. Watch this and tell me who is master and who is grasshoppa.
