Seems to catch 1-2 passes a game. Moulds is the stud with Lee Evans getting most of the #2 work. Reed probably just comes in as the slot guy with 3-4 WR sets. Hopefully he can pick it up a little.

Clayton helped me win my fantasy game last night but I was a little nervous when he couldn't get into the endzone on that 1st half catch. Michaels & Madden had a lot of good things to say about him. I thought it was pretty crazy how they said he was born exactly 20 yrs after Jerry Rice and his coming out game (last night) was the same day Rice was traded.

One play stuck out to me during the game. Charles Lee (one of TB's other WRs) had a short catch and was struggling for more yards, Clayton comes and dives head first at a linebacker to try and allow Lee to get another yard. As time goes on, Clayton may go down as the best player in LSU football history. Remember when he made the game winning catch at Kentucky as a true freshman with 13 seconds left?

That was huge...the UK defense was paying so much attention to Josh Reed and Michael just went to wear he could get some space and Rohan got him the ball. Clayton is a football player!

Clayton is a great player, period. He does things that not many other players would do and he plays for the team not for himself. One of my favorite memories of LSU football is a Clayton play. The play before the Bluegrass Miracle, Clayton catches the ball and he is alone, no one within like 10 yards, and he just drops to the ground like a lead weight. That takes a smart and mature player and to do that as young as he was is incredible. He could have tried to beak one off, to get a few more yards, something, but he went down and set up one of the greatest plays in LSU history. Too bad Reed can't get more reps he was so much fun to watch. It seemed like he just exploded after a catch and found yards to gain where no one else could. One of my other favorite memories was the game he had like 16 or 18 catches. Is that an NCAA or an SEC record? I can't remember but I think it was one at the time. Great game.

Vote for MC for rookie of the week. He is 4th (4th!!!!!!) in voting right now. Roethlisberger has 79%. I think MC deserves it this week over Ben, it should at least be close.

I truly enjoyed the effort on that block. And upon film review, I am sure Gruden will love that block, too. That's something you don't normally get from a rookie WR. That's the type of play that you get from a Rod Smith, Jerry Rice, or Chris Carter (ret.).
