Remember, the computer don't know if Miami OH won 3-0 or 49-27. It's just a W as far as they are concerned. One thing I have not taken into consideration is the fact that Miami's SOS is improving from 85th to 72nd in the polls this week, which is much better than USC going from 37th only to 33rd (projected). So I guess I may have underestimated this possibility. We now have 4 different polls that we have a chance that USC could finish anywhere from tied for 3rd (NYTimes) to 4th place (Massey, Sagarin and Anderson-Hester). We have that going for us, if we only get Boise St. to win for us. What does worry me more is that the human polls may vault Miami OH higher in the polls than we orginally thought, and therefore threaten the #10 spot in the BCS polls (take it away from Georgia).
