A loss here would have certainly put a damper on the already great season we'd been having. Nothing better than winning at Rupp Arena and quieting all the Kentucky fans

Whoa...that was close. Sorry guys but that close game was all my fault. I've been wearing my '06 Final Four hat all season and I forgot it until 2 minutes gone in the second. I forgot it for the Xavier game and look what happened. Won't happen again. That was a great job. Got some good bench play on defense and was able to keep Meeks in check. This team has no quit in it whatsoever.
No doubt Taz should not have been shooting with 10 seconds left, but all's well that ends great! Unreal team. Down 10, the crowd in a frenzy, looking like crap. One word. The word Coach Johnson believes in more than anything. Poise. These boys got it and in bunches. Ironically the comeback started with our best defender on the bench for most of that stretch. Other players stepped up defensively. I do not want to face LSU in the NCAA tournament.
That's a fact - think I'll go out and show off my P&G. That should be really fun for the next couple of hours while the Wildcat faithful are depressed and feeling bad. They're always giving me hell about Kentucky owning SEC basketball. :LSU231:
