    somebody,

JJ has no command during the game, no in game adjustments and the position he played was the worst played position on the floor this past season, just completely always out of control.

Newman and his dad are being pretty tight lippped about where he is leaning. Getting him would be the icing on the cake. Hello, Newman!

Malik Newman will not come to LSU.

This is the article in which he declares:
"Right now I'm down to my final four schools - Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Kansas and Kentucky."

I'm sorry, because he's a really good player, but honestly LSU should not despair: his "GUARDS" are already excellent
(even with Jamal Sampson); and I've always thought that would be more important to bring to campus another "BIG MAN" (Ray Kasongo???) rather than Malik.

    Good bye Malik !!!

No big loss. He seems like an egomaniac and not a team player. Plus he played like shit at the McDonald's game. I'm not saying we wouldn't have taken him but I think he's going to be tough to deal with. I base this off of very little admittedly.

My concern with him was that he's a sg and rated as such but wants to play pg.

LSU needs some serious role players as well as superstars. Dale had Shaq, Stanley Roberts, and Chris Jackson on the same team and they never meshed as a unit. Each one expected to be the star. I think Jones may be better off not with a Fab Five but with a couple of fabs and a couple of hard-working role players like Howard Carter and Ricky Blanton were.
