I think it was hard to for many to get up for this game... but, I'm glad to see the Tigers get the win, guarantee a winning season, and hopefully start to gel with Big Baby back. With the winning record, they've increased their chances too that they'll see post season play in at least the NIT. And, unlike others who say it doesn't matter, it extends the season for these kids to play hoops. And, how can you say it's a bad thing for kids like Johnson, Alex Farrer (who played for 10 minutes this game), Voogd, to get minutes in post season play? We need to season these kids up. From what I can tell, it was the Tasmin show today. Big Baby contributed, but it's hard to tell if he's just going through the motions and preparing for the jump to the NBA. I would have thought chances were good that he'd come back, but in an interview with Rivals, he sounded more like he was leaning to make the jump (although admittedly unsure). Tas' showed tonight that he could take over a scoring role, but the big worry is still who is your consistent second and third scorer. :geauxtige :bball: :champs: LSU IS A BASKETBALL SCHOOL. KEEP THE FAITH.
how? 0-1 sec tourney. +0-1 NIT = 16-16 second and third scorer---martin and johnson (consistent?, eh). dont want to sound too pessimistic, there's much hope for these guys.
