Join date of Sept 2001 and you have 38 posts? That cranks out to be .63 posts PER MONTH? My 6 year old can crank out more posts than that. :grin: She has 87 posts on the Dora the Explorer forum (I just completely made that up). Dangle the ole prize carrot and everybody comes running.

Nah, it's more fun to pick on the one's that can't afford good dental care. Those guys up there with 2 or more are rich!

 

I have to many posts to vie for the coveted prize . But, I give worthless information every time I post so we're even. Now I feel more like I do now than I did when I first posted here!!!

I see what the original post is about and I think it is an attempt to draw some readers into being posters. That is a good thing and it was written in a way to be non-threatening. It took me several years after I first got a computer to go to a message board concerning anything. When I first became a TF member there were more than a few arrogant A-holes who seemed to get pleasure out of flaming some people who were just getting started on the board. Some people are just not comfortable with the whole concept of posting on a message board. Some people think because they did not play football or coach football or know all the X's and O's of the game that they can't contribute here. This board should be about FANS OF LSU regardless of whether they went there,played there or even ever lived in the STATE! Those of us without superior knowledge of the game of college football or those of us that do not know whether a star running back is left or right handed bow down to those that do. If someone LOVES LSU FOOTBALL and likes to lurk here let 'em. If someone only posts once every 2 months thats better than no posts. If you look at the "SHOUT OUT" thread you see many people like this board and love LSU FOOTBALL but don't always post. I say to anyone who reads here,you are welcome,no matter if you post or not. Just my opinion. :geauxtige
