White meat only. I do not like dark meat at all. I'd be in luck if I did like dark meat becaue the Chickn' Wang Shack (actual name) right by my work has 1 leg, 1 thigh for 0.89. the only meat that i havent developed a great love for is lamb. I like it in very small quantities. Tiga- I've also had goat. That's some good eatin, yea.
White meat except for buffalo wings. Problem with dark meat.......I'd rather not eat tendons if I can help it. But mentioning goat.......my wife grew up in Saudi Arabia (by way of Louisiana) and her dad would go with some Arabs to camp in the desert. They always brought a goat to eat right? But the goat was just put in the ground to cook with the heat from the desert. He said that goat stunk so bad but when it came out, it was good eatin'........freaking Arabs.
Almost as bad as a friend of mine doing survival training in SA. They dropped them off in the jungle for a bit and after two days of trying to catch wild pigs, they gave up and got a sloth and cooked him...nasty!
You guys need to stop at the grocery store at the corner of Silverleaf and Greenwell Street, get the 3-leg special for lunch. Darn good chicken, big pieces, make you slap yo momma.
They do the same with eggs in the Phillipines but dig em up when they are about 1/2 way through the development process. Crack it open and eat it as is. It's called balut.
