Meanwhile in Florida

Currently if it's 8pm here it's 9 pm there. When we move the clock back an hour for standard time, it would be 7pm here and 9 pm there, but everyone else on the East coast would be 8pm, That's even confusing to type LOL

 

Not so fast my friend. Right now it's 12:45 here in Baton Rouge Central time and 1:45 in Florida on the Eastern time zone and 12:45 in the panhandle. If they change it wouldn't it always be 1:45 in the panhandle as well as the rest of Florida when it's 12:45 here?

 

Oh now I get it.

Well I thought I did.

 

I don't think Idiana does dst either

 

I don't know if they still do t this way but it used to be each county in Indiana could choose whether to go on daylight savings time or not. Talk about confusion.
