Same with my parents. Hope you're back up ASAP. Troops wouldn't be removed at the peril of remaining forces. The mission of the remaining troops would change. I see taxpayer money being spent unnecessarily overseas by the federal government. You say phuck it, but then complain when I call you a democrat. Maybe you are the one that should be paying attention. At least domestic federal programs are in part positive for the US. I don't believe we are safer for the Iraq war. I'll be happy if we can leave Iraq better off than we found it, but I question the gain that will come from that. Ensuring the stability of foreign nations to save face can be costly and we have plenty of other challenges beyond the one we created in Iraq.
