    this was the year for bloomberg. its a damn shame he declined.

    i wonder if he regrets it now, because id bet hed win this thing now.

    hell, he could probably enter the race now and come close.

    Effectiveness is not a good or bad thing, Grasshoppa. Being effective is to influence an outcome rather than repudiate it.

    Effectiveness has to be measured by good or bad. Either you are doing a poor job effectively or a good job?

    Indeed not. Effectiveness can only be measured by the success or failure to produce a desired result.

    "Good" and "bad" are subjective terms of approval. Effectiveness and approval are not mutually exclusive.
