That's BS. As soon as Deuce lost the ball he was sprinting over there but the lineman just was closer than Brooks and was clearly on the ball before Brooks got close to him. Brooks is not the reason the Saints haven't lived up to expectations the past few years. The defense just sucks, plain and simple.

Yeah, but did Favre ever throw 2 int inside the 5 yard line while falling backwards because the OL stepped on his feet? plus, let's count playoff wins in there. I believe that Brooks is quite a few games behind. Why does everyone compare him to Favre? He'll never be in that league.
I think you are correct, the rumor around here is he will be on the practice squad, I had a feeling it would happen sooner or later because the Broncos only carried 2 QB's on the roster the last few years.
