Uhhh. Red already disputed it in post #25. Let me quote from your own source: You can't just keep repeating the same claim like it hasn't already been shot down.
Just to recap Red: * By Nearly 8-to-1, Voters Say Journalists Want Obama to Win * By 5-to-1 Public Thinks Most Journalists Trying to Elect Obama * Rasmussen: By 10-to-1 Public Says Reporters 'Trying to Hurt Palin' * Pew Finds Media Credibility Plummets to All-Time Lows * Rasmussen: '55% Say Media Bias Bigger Problem than Campaign Cash' * Fox News Poll: Two-Thirds Think Most Journalists Want Obama to Win * Rasmussen: Three Times More See Pro-Obama Over Pro-McCain Bias * Pew: Many Recognize Media's Pro-Obama Bias, Democrats Prefer CNN
Lets see... Fox News: 40% neg for Obama, 40% neg for McCain 25% pos for Obama, 22% pos for McCain Fox was equally negative for both candidates, but slightly more positive for Obama. Unlike CNN, MSNBC, and others, Fox News was unbiased in their coverage of the election.
Undoubtedly... ya'll are crazy.:insane: I can't believe there are some that actually believe, hook, line, and sinker, that FOX News is a good source of news from a conservative point of view. I guess if you're less conservative and more Republican maybe FOX News seems great; intellectually dishonest, but great.
Whatever Red, the numbers don't lie. Yes FOX was more positive for McCain than the norm, and more negative for Obama than the norm, simply because the norm was overly positive for Obama and overly negative for McCain. The numbers show that clearly. Ignore them all you want and pluck one quote that appears to favor your side. You can twist and dance all you want. Pretend that nobody else can read and think for themselves as well, if you want. The study blows your contention out of the water. Just ignore it, because you can't dispute it. The media showed a clear bias for Obama, and it has been proven by your own ridiculous, everchanging standards.
The numbers don't show anything clearly; the world is full of nuance that statistics can't pick up. You're sorely stretching the limits of intellectual honesty. EDIT: TheDude has used nothing but reason and has been a beacon of honest discourse. Please mark all previous comments from the record. If anyone doubts this, statistics can be manufactured. That is all.
Quit telling me what I can't dispute. I already disputed it. You can keep repeating your contention until the end of time. I still dispute it. But I can let it go, having already made my point. Rave on.
