So you agree the point here is that the CA-enacted FACT Act, which has been upheld by the 9th Circuit, and is potentially heading for a Supreme Court vote, is a huge threat to freedom of speech?

That is the only thing worth discussing here. Not dick pills (that was funny), or religion or anything else. It's pure government intrusion and violation of something most of us hold very dear.

Yes I agree it is a threat to free speech. California is even too liberal for me. They shouldnt force these places to do that anymore than states forcing someone who is about to have an abortion to watch a baby video.

But it's not just CA when it is upheld by the 9th circuit and is heading to the SC.

I doubt the Supreme Court will uphold, maybe if Hillary had been elected and nominated Obama to SCOTUS.

They did make it law that cigarette companies have to put a warning of the dangers of smoking on every pack. I have seen signs in casinos with a number to call if you are a problem gambler.

The 9th circuit is farther left than Lenin.

@LaSalleAve you need to separate the actions of people from religion. Religion does not tell people to do the things they do, their misinterpretation of religion is why they do it. For instance, the quacks at Westboro Baptist are distorting the message of Christ. We are all sinners, even religious leaders because we are human first. If we were God we would not sin. Our task is to seek to be like Christ. We will fail, but we should still pursue it.
