Wow...not good at all. That's just terrible. I mean him being a strong swimmer and all I wonder what happened?
It is no longer and search and rescue, now it is a recovery mission. I was wandering if there was any head injuries but the news is reporting that he was trying to keep his lady friend calm as they were drifting apart. So I guess you can rule out head injuries. Very sad, his cousin or nephew said he has never seen as happy as he was yesterday.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. I can only pray that through this time of (most likely) tragedy, there is some hope to be found in the life that he led and the career he had. A miracle would be amazing.
It has just been reported on another forum that his body has been recovered. I'll be praying for his family. Evidently he was in New Orleans helping his Mom rebuild her house. Sad day indeed. GEAUX TIGERS!! Through Thick and Thin
