You have offered no alternative reason why it should be illegal either, but seem hung up on the need for one. So based upon your statements, dogfighting should be legal, you just don't want to say it.

Clearly, as I have read your's as well. I happen to disagree with you both.

 

If there is no reason other than morals (I know of none, you know of none, and no one else has offered up any) then the law should not exist.

like the nootch said, the existence of a law doesnt prove that. all it proves is that people passed a law. buying gin on sunday doesnt hurt anyone, but there are laws against that as well. i cant believe i am explaining this.
