Whatever you do, dont even consider selling the tickets you have until you have gotten other tickets. Some people are making it seem much easier to get a student ticket than it actually is. Everyone on campus is extremely pumped and wants a ticket for this game. I have had about 10 people ask me if I could get them a student ticket, but no one has been looking to sell. However, if you are lucky enough to find a student ticket, buy it because while the whole stadium has an INCREDIBLE atmosphere, the student section is just out of this world.

You definitely picked the right game to come to. It will be awesome. I would suggest that you do not miss the team and band coming down the hill. Finding someone to tailgate with should be easy. Just look for someone with a relatively large group and walk up and make friendly conversation. I know I have never turned anyone down - even when they were wearing the opposing teams colors. Also, I would definitely take Guzzlingil up on his offer to tailgate with the Krewe Of Ragoo; they are world famous for their tailgating.

Be sure to come back and give us your review/thoughts on your trip to LSU.

if your staying in lake chrales, which is were im from, I would suggest either pats or steamboat bills. Maybe hit up a casino. as far as bars go its kinda slim on friday but darrels would prolly be your best bet. and it normally takes between 1.5 to 1 3/4 hours to make the drive but they have construction going on 24/7 so give yourself 2.5-3 hours to drive it. I drove it sunday and it took me 2 3/4 hours because I was in stand still traffic for an hour.
