Texas is always up there because the legend of texas high school football causes texas athletes to be overrated.. no.. not all are overrated, but some of those 4 stars s hould really be 3, and so on... Now look at Louisiana.. some of our athletes are underrated by rivals and scout because they dont have enough film.. those texas athletes live on tv, while someo f the Louisiana kids are lucky if their team owns a video camera..
You are very right. Also, the Rivals network has a lot of UT fans and often over-inflates their likely & current commits.
