It's not that simple with domain names. If a person gets access to your account, they can release the domain (unregister) it, making it available for them. Once a domain is registered to someone else, it takes some doing to get it back. I'm pretty sure their provider is equipped to track the source that is redirecting, and they'll be able to get it back.
