Keiland Williams AT SAFETY!?!?!?! WTF?!? Did Curley Hallman walk in the door?! (remember Marshall Faulk WANTED to play at LSU--but WE wanted him as a defensive back! WUPS!)

NO WAY is Williams playing ANYTHING BUT running back! ...and if he's NOT a running back at LSU--then that just means he isn't going to LSU.

    yeah I agree about JV...

My list wasnt meant to be a depth chart.

I was only asking what the chart would look like...

I could see A. Broussard being our main back with K-Dub backing him up, or antonio robinson or jackson...

With the amount of injuries we have had at RB the last 2 years, that chart may be needed :(

We all want Broussard to be our number 1 guy, but we don't know if he'll be ready to carry the load right away.

RJ Jackson has looked great in practice & will have used up his redshirt, so he will definitely get carries. Broussard's health will determine how many carries he gets. Vincent... who knows, but I wouldn't guess he'd get too many carries. With the way the injury bug tends to hit runningbacks, we might need one of our guys from this class to play as a true freshman, likely Keiland Williams, maybe Charles Scott. But who knows, I guess it depends on how last year's group of RBs are performing.

Maybe those that have watched a good bit of recruiting videos can help me on this one,

What style do each of our young RBs have? (Obviously we already know about Broussard & Vincent.)

    RJ Jackson
    Keiland Williams
    Antonio Robinson
    Trindon Holiday
    Richard Murphy
    Charles Scott

I'm curious if there's something that really kind of seperates them...

Why are poeple including Anthony Dixon? He hasn't committed to us yet, of all the RB's, he is the least likely to commit to us in my opinion and probably the most likely to move to another position if he does commit.

RJ Jackson- Doesn't have true breakaway speed, but he is pretty shifty, think JV '03.
Keiland Williams- Power back, over 220 pounds, but once he runs you over he can show off legit 4.4 speed. File under freak of nature.
Antonio Robinson- Similar to RJ. Doesn't have the moves, but finishes his runs better.
Trindon Holiday- Shifty, fast, but will not be seeing the field as a RB unless it is garbage time IMO. Will be one of the nation's best returners.
Richard Murphy- Athletic, all purpose type back, would probably make it as a RB, but would like to see him at WR.
Charles Scott- Pure power back. Finishes every single run by plowing over the defender for extra yards.

scott and williams are bigger guys. Murphy is more then likely going to get moved to DB. Maybe Robinson to. Holiday is a very very small guy that is very very very quick and fast. Jackson is more of a back that can catch well out of the backfield and is more of a all around back.
