No telling on TP's upcoming visits. He says he's going midweek to Oregon (I think he means next week midweek), and then possibly LSU on the 2nd. But that has not been anywhere close to being confirmed. Just speculation. He's growing weary of the entire process, which does not bode well for LSU. He may very well just say screw it and pick between the favorite OSU and newcomer Michigan.

RB Hall has rescheduled his visit to the last weekend. He is going to A&M this weekend.

he appears to be our only shot at signing an RB

with him announcing on signing day, that does pose a problem of LSU getting 29 LOIs (counting Benton in the summer)

Also, same problem with Corey Liuget, I upgraded him to 50 %. He will be a signing day announcement. I just wonder if we get an LOI from Edwards, do we pull the offer from Liuget. I would assume so, but who knows.

Simi Kuli, a 5 star JUCO DE (#1 ranked JUCO player), supposedly has LSU as his favorite and we have an offer on the table for him. It's getting quite interesting about all of these D-line prospects and where we go with it.

I'm curious as to what happened here. Simi was a Nebraska commit since last October and then nothing until now suggesting he'd opened his recruitment back up. BTW, there are grade issues there. He is a good one.

you would think a defensive minded coach like Pelini taking over would have only solidified his choice of going to Nebraska that much more.

i have no clue why he is waivering.

It is surprising that Simi would have a change of heart and have us as his favorite. Perhaps the BCS title has something to do with it. However, we have just retained all of our juniors on the DL and a 6 year senior. I know he is a 5 star, but it would seem hard for him to come in and gain a starting job. I guess I compare him to Wroten who played well as a senior. From LSU's perspective I can understand the offer if he is that special because we could use him as a starter in his senior season and add depth next year.
