"I've never felt like I needed to use them, but the Alabama game showed me that on quick passes, I couldn't track the ball quickly enough without contacts to make the plays I need to," Quinn said. quinn couldn't see and didn't want to wear his contacts (which caused the critical drops in the 'bama game)... that's not the QBs fault, that's on quinn... of course we've had far from stellar qb play but to blame quinn not seeing and dropping the passes he was thrown to on the qb is crazy...
exactly. neither was anthony jennings, jordan jefferson, russell shepard, chris garrett, jerrard randall, stephen rivers, jeremy liggins, hayden rettig or andrew hatch. and thats just since 2010 if you exclude #9. you'd have a better chance of cashing a 5 figure scratch-off than les miles showcasing a successful qb on saturdays. but hey lets blame the kid. im sure its just insert one of the last 10 names listed. its not the hate les miles club. its the hate les miles offense club. everyone likes the lovable dufus. but the former is starting to outweigh the latter and was the reason he probably should have been ousted a couple months back. but hes rebounded nicely and we are all going to drink the koolaid at least one more time. knowing full well its going to be groundhog day.
Sure but we're not just any program. How many of the ones who consistently recruit top 10 classes can say that?
A whole bunch of em a whole lot better than the yardbirds we consistently roll out there. A lot better and at a much younger age.
